Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician on 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, or rebuilding of components to restore equipment to proper operation.
• Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and/or breakdowns
• Use repair manuals, parts manuals and parts diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions or other components on the equipment
• Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, drain fluids, assemble equipment, clean and test parts/equipment on engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions and other components.
• Replace pumps, batteries, radiators, bearings, seals, wiring, fuel lines, nozzles, tests float valves, alternators and plugs

Qualifications:

• Factory training and certification in diagnostic software
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience as plus
• Must be able to work with hand, pneumatic and power tools as well as welding equipment
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor and work independently
