Production Scheduler

We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Print and batch paperwork according to department needs, arrange paperwork to increase productivity of personnel.
• Act as liaison between shops and customer service to make changes to orders, get answers on work orders and print / reprint work orders as necessary
• Examine documents and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate level with personal computers a must

  E-mail, MSword and excel preferred
• One to two years related experience
